Personal data of minors

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data of website visitors younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we have no ability to verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of children’s data without parental consent.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to attach a copy of your proof of identity.

 

In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the page), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. These measures are intended to protect your privacy. CANGENCY will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
